To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIG Holdings LLC and Aggregate Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Prism, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm resulting from published content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Prism at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service. You may discontinue use of Prism at any time by revoking connected account access and ceasing use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
